A keepsake is missing
Clear search and filters, then check Recently removed. Removing an item hides it while keeping its photos and story available for restoration.
A save failed or the archive cannot be read
Keep the editor open and check available storage. If the archive cannot be read, avoid uninstalling or clearing app data so that potentially recoverable material remains.
Changing devices and backups
Yifang has no accounts or cross-device sync. System backups depend on device settings and are not an app-operated recovery service.
Offline speech is unavailable
On-device recognition lasts up to 30 seconds and does not fall back to an online service. Check microphone permission and device support, or type instead. Canceling or backgrounding the app stops speech input.
Clear local data
Individual permanent deletion is unavailable. Removed items and replaced photos may remain locally. Uninstalling clears app storage; manage system backups and photo-library originals separately.
Support and privacy requests
Include the app name, platform, app and OS versions, steps and error message. Send only what is needed, redact private material, and never send passwords, recovery codes, tokens or a complete private collection.
